LSS Hints: Nurse Only Visit for Colonoscopy Instruction

To document a Nurse Only Visit for colonoscopy or endoscopy instructions, select the patient document as usual.  Select Nurse Only Visit - Plan as the document type when entering a new document.  Select the Plan toggle button, and then select the Patient Instructions field under the plan to open up a text box.  Now select the appropriate preentered text by selecting the Text footer button, and selecting WS PREOP CHECKLIST COLON/EGD from the list of choices.  This will fill in the the text box with a document template that can be edited to reflect information about the patient procedure.  The text box can now be edited as desired and then the document can be saved.

Save the document in Draft status when done.
