This is the screen that is displayed when an eRx Renewal Task is viewed through the Desktop by clicking on the View Detail footer button on the Task List.
At the top left of the screen will be displayed the requested priority of the refill from the pharmacy.
Further down the screen, the details of the refill request are displayed. In the first column, the details of medication from the EMR are displayed. The next column displays the details from the prescription filled at the pharmacy.
In the Info column, if there is a balloon displayed, clicking on this will display any message sent with the pharmacy with the electronic refill request.
