If you are having trouble with one particular word, and whenever you try dictating that word, another word is almost always transcribed, and you have tried training your desired word multiple times, you can just get rid of the offending word from the vocabulary. Then, Dragon may have a better shot at putting in the correct written form in response to your spoken form. Remember, that this word will be unavailable to you in other contexts, so choose your deletions carefully.
To do this, select Words->View/Edit from the Dragon menu. Find the word in the Vocabulary Editor window, and then select the Delete button. You can put a new entry to replace this entry if you find you need the deleted word in some other context.
