When you enter a chart, the first view will be the Summary screen. Here you can see information on patient visits, patient problems, medications, immunization history, growth charts, procedures, health maintenance. Next to some headings there is a blue i icon. Clicking on this icon will allow you to open the appropriate screen to view and edit the information displayed in the Summary screen.
For instance, clicking on the blue i icon next to problems will allow you to view and edit the patient problem list. This functionality can be similarly called up by clicking on the Problem List sidebar button.
